They don't supply the room with lotion or conditioner. ![]() Their 2 burner cooktop you can check out doesn't work and the directions are not in English. ![]() I came by car and had smaller bags which was a total disaster. They put me in 236, noise above me and then construction in the next room-to which the front desk "no service" staff said "I didn't know about that"!!!REALLY? That is a lie as any crew that works on a hotel has to check in and get a key to the room!! The hotel doesn't have standard 4 wheel luggage carts!! They have the open bottom 3 legged kind like the airport has. I specifically asked for a top floor QUIET room. Hilton does not give a darn about their customers or Honors customers, of which I am.
